Purchasing Electricity Units Via The Website Portal
- CLICK on Bill Payment
- To buy electricity units, click on the electricity icon. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to input information such as:
- Enter meter number
- Select distribution company (DISCO)
- Select Recharge amount
- Proceed to checkout, once you are done inputting the information. Please ensure you have enough balance in your wallet for this transaction.
- You will be taken to another page, with an order summary asking you to confirm your electricity recharge details.
- Once you have confirmed your recharge/data purchase information, please choose the payment option you would like to be debited from, that is, wallet, bank or credit card.
- After selecting a payment method, a popup will be displayed on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction. Failure to do so will result in your account being blocked after three tries. This is done as a security measure to prevent your account from malware attacks or from scams.
- Congratulation, you have successfully purchased electricity units from the Netapps marketplace. Your token will be sent to the phone number you provided. If you receive an error message, please refresh your dashboard and wait three minutes before initiating another request.
How to Purchase Electricity Units on Netapps Marketplace Via The Mobile Application
- To buy electricity, click the “Electricity” icon you will find on the mobile app. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to provide the following information:
- Select distribution company (DISCO)
- Select State.
- Enter Meter Number
- Amount Number
- Receiver Number (this is where your purchase electricity token is sent to)
- Click on the continue button. Please ensure you have enough balance in your wallet for this transaction.
- You will be taken to another page, with an order summary asking you to confirm your electricity recharge details.
- Select the payment option, you would like to complete this transaction with, that is, “pay with card” or “pay with wallet“. Click here to find out how you can link your card to your netapps account.
- Follow the ensuing procedures, whether you are using a card or wallet payment.
- Next, insert your transaction pin on the popup display on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction.
