Paying For Your Tv Subscription Via The Website Portal
- CLICK on Bill Payment
- To pay for your tv subscription, click on the “cable tv” icon. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to provide the following information:
- Smart card number
- Select cable tv
- Select Plan
- Enter the purchase plan amount
- Proceed to checkout, once you are done inputting the information. Please ensure you have your wallet is funded for this transaction.
- You will be taken to another page, with an order summary asking you to confirm your cable tv recharge details.
- Once you have confirmed your cable tv recharge information, please choose the payment option you would like to be debited from, that is, wallet, bank or credit card.
- After selecting a payment method, a popup will be displayed on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction. Failure to do so will result in your account being blocked after three tries. This is done as a security measure to prevent your account from malware attacks or from scams.
- Congratulation, you have successfully paid for your cable tv subscription from the Netapps marketplace. If you receive an error message, please refresh your dashboard and wait three minutes before initiating another request.
How to Pay Your CableTV subscription on Netapps Marketplace Via The Mobile Application
- To pay for your cable subscription, click the “Cable TV” icon you will find on the mobile app. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to select your desired cable from the list of cables to start
- Next, enter the IUC number of the cable you wish to subscribe to
- Click the “Verify” button to verify the IUC number and confirm the details

- Next, click on the “packages” button to select your subscription package
- Confirm the subscription package to continue. Please ensure you have enough balance in your wallet for this transaction.
- Select the payment option, you would like to complete this transaction with, that is, “pay with card” or “pay with wallet“. Click here to find out how you can link your card to your netapps account.
- Follow the ensuing procedures, whether you are using a card or wallet payment.
- Next, insert your transaction pin on the popup display on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction.
