Buying Airtime and Data Via The Website Portal
- CLICK on Bill Payment
- To buy airtime/data for you or other lines, click airtime/data icon. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to input information such as your phone number and the recharge amount/data plan. Please ensure you have enough balance in your wallet for this transaction.
- Proceed to checkout.
- An order summary is displayed on the website portal for recharge/data purchase details confirmation.
- Once you have confirmed your recharge/data purchase information, please choose the payment option you would like to be debited from, that is, wallet, bank or credit card.
- After selecting a payment method, a popup will be displayed on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction. Failure to do so will result in your account being blocked after three tries. This is done as a security measure to prevent your account from malware attacks or from scams.
- Congratulation, you have successfully purchased airtime from the Netapps marketplace. If you receive an error message, please refresh your dashboard and wait three minutes before initiating another request.
Buying Airtime and Data Via The Mobile Application Portal
- To buy airtime/data for you or other lines, click airtime/data. This will take you to another page.
- You will be requested to input information such as your phone number and the recharge amount/data plan. Please ensure you have enough balance in your wallet for this transaction.
- Choose the payment option, that is, “pay with card” or “pay with wallet“. Click here to find out how you can link your card to your netapps account.
- Follow the ensuing procedures, whether you are using a card or wallet payment.
- Once done, an order summary will display on the app for recharge/data purchase details confirmation.
- Next, insert your transaction pin on the popup display on your screen asking you to enter your transaction pin. Be sure to input the right transaction. Failure to do so will result in your account being blocked after three tries. This is done as a security measure to prevent your account from malware attacks or from scams.
